If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for a full refund, within 30 days of your purchase, based on one of the following reasons:
- The item(s) ordered does not fit. In order for the item to be accepted it must be unused and the tag is still on the product. You will be responsible for shipping the product back. Please be sure to ship back the item with tracking to ensure there is verification of delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost items or undelivered items. Be sure to email CustomerCare@theshoestore.com, notifying us that you are returning the item. Be sure to include your order number and shipping tracking number.
- The item(s) was not the correct item ordered. If this is the case, The Shoe Store will pay for the return shipping. Please be sure to include a photo of the item(s) order to CustomerCare@theshoestore.com email address. We will confirm that the item is not the correct item and send you a return shipping label.
- The item(s) was received damaged. Please send an email, including your order number and a photo of the damaged item, to CustomerCare@theshoestore.com. We will confirm that the item is damaged and send you a return shipping label.
