WHEN ORDERING:

Know your correct shoe size. If you are not sure, look inside a pair of your most comfortable shoe for the size information. If you can no longer read the size information, have your feet measured at a shoe retailer, preferably one that fits shoes and can measure your foot with a Brannock measuring device. Alegria shoes are made with European sizing standards, slightly different from the US sizing standards. The shoes offered show both US and European size information. We want your feet to be "Happy" and it all starts with the correct fit. TheShoeStore.Com wants you to be "Happy" when you receive your shoes and not disappoint you by having to exchange them for correct size.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ALEGRIAS:

When you receive you Alegrias, try on your shoes on a dry, clean indoor surface, preferably carpeting. If you're feet tell you that they are "Happy," then you're ready to go. If not, we will gladly exchange your shoes for another size. Please remember, the manufacturer will not accept returned shoes for credit if they are soiled and show wear on the uppers or outsoles.
