Do you know all orders on TheShoeStore.com are shipped to you FREE? Orders are shipped to you FREE by either UPS or Fedex Ground. However, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping time will be varied by local weather condition. A tracking number will be provided to you when it is available. We encourage you to track the shipping status at the shipping company's website.
Return Policy

If you don't like the shoes for any reasons, OR
If the product(s) are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, OR
If we made fulfillment mistakes resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you.
We will gladly accept exchange or refund your purchase for FREE as long as it is within the following guidelines:
Shoes must be unworn, in new condition and in the original packaging and box for any exchanges or refunds, AND
Please submit your request of exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Checklist when you receive the Shipment
Check to verify if the shipment was correct: model, size and quantity. If there is any mistake, please call or email us immediately.
Check for defects. If you locate defects on the product, please call or email us immediately.
Try on your shoes indoor, ideally on carpet or a cloth to keep the shoes in their original condition before you decide to keep them. For any reason you don't like your purchase, please call or email us to arrange an exchange or refund.

To request a Return, simply login to your account and follow the steps below.

Then click the "Add New RMA" button to request a Return.
